General terms applicable to all bettking bonuses and promotions:

Members found abusing the bonus system — including arbitrage betting or using multiple accounts — may face immediate account suspension or closure, and all bonuses will be forfeited.

Important matters regarding betting:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the member once the wager has been accepted by the system.
• Bettking reserves the right to void or reverse bets placed based on incorrect information or erroneous odds (palpable errors).
• Wins will be automatically credited to your account once the match or game result is confirmed.
• Pending bets at the time a match is postponed or suspended will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport.
• Live betting has its own additional rules and odds may change before a bet is confirmed.

Bettking uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) for all casino games to ensure every outcome is random and fair. Results generated by the system are final.

Bettking expects all members to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure:

• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt bettking's systems and infrastructure.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to manipulate games.
• Any form of fraud, collusion, or conspiracy with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Transferring funds through a bettking account for the purpose of money laundering.

Bettking cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving unlawful activity. Account information and transaction records may be shared with the relevant authorities when required under applicable law.

You are fully responsible for keeping your Bettking account login details confidential. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes you have enabled.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members.

Closure by Member: You may close your Bettking account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all active balances have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance at the time of closure may be claimed within 30 days of the closure request being submitted.

Closure by bettking: Bettking reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no activity.

• Financial losses arising from betting decisions made by the member.

• Unauthorized account access resulting from the member's own negligence.

Bettking's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made, subject to applicable legal provisions.

Bettking reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via in-account notifications or email to the registered address. However, the responsibility to periodically review these Terms rests with you as a member.
