Every ringgit you play at bettking brings you closer to a higher VIP level. From more rewarding cashback to a personal account manager — VIP membership means you get more out of every session.
The bettking VIP Program is more than just a label. It is a rewards system designed specifically to recognise loyal players — those who make bettking their go-to platform for gaming and betting. The more actively you play, the faster you level up, and the more exclusive benefits you can enjoy.
At the most basic level, every cent you play across any Bettking game — whether Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, or table games — counts as VIP points. These points accumulate automatically in your account with no need to register separately or fill in extra forms. Our system is integrated directly with your gaming activity.
When your VIP points reach a tier threshold, your account is upgraded automatically and new privileges are activated within 24 hours. No long waiting, no complicated manual approval process. Level up, and the benefits flow in on their own.
The bettking VIP Program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers better benefits than the one before it. Diamond is the highest level, reserved for the most loyal players with truly exclusive privileges not available to regular members.
Each level offers better privileges — the higher the level, the greater the rewards
The table below gives a quick overview of what you get at each Bettking VIP tier. The higher the tier, the more privileges unlock — and everything activates automatically when you level up.

This is a question that often comes up when players compare platforms. The answer is simple — once you've experienced Bettking's VIP treatment, it's hard to be satisfied with another platform that doesn't offer the same.
Take weekly cashback as an example. On most platforms, cashback is given at a fixed rate for everyone. At Bettking, your cashback grows with your VIP tier — from 3% at Bronze all the way to 18% for Diamond members. For active players, this difference can be worth thousands of ringgit a month credited back into your account every week.
Then there are express withdrawal benefits. Gold VIP members and above enjoy priority withdrawal processing — your funds arrive faster because your request is processed ahead of the regular queue. For Platinum and Diamond members, withdrawals are typically completed in far less time than for standard members.
Platinum and Diamond members get a dedicated personal VIP manager available for direct contact for any need — from technical issues to special bonus requests.
From festive hampers to holiday vouchers — Bettking VIP members frequently receive unannounced surprises as a token of appreciation for their loyalty.
Withdrawal requests from Gold VIP members and above are processed with high priority, ensuring your funds reach your bank account or eWallet faster.
Platinum and Diamond members are invited to exclusive events — including sports matches, VIP dinners, and tournament competitions not open to the public.
The VIP Points you accumulate will never expire as long as your account remains active. Unlike other loyalty programs that reset points after a set period, bettking values every contribution you make through play — no matter when it happened.
Every game on bettking earns you VIP Points — choose the style of play that suits you best
Every RM1 wagered on slots earns 1 VIP Point. High-RTP slots and online bonus games are popular ways to accumulate points quickly.
Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and other live table games earn VIP points at the same rate. Play with real dealers and accumulate points at the same time.
Every sports bet placed on bettking also earns VIP Points. Follow your favourite matches and accumulate points at the same time.
Poker, keno, lottery, and other specialty games also contribute VIP Points. Every gaming activity you take part in is counted — nothing is missed.
During special promotional periods, bettking offers VIP Points multipliers — for example, 2x or 3x points on selected games or within a set time window. Check the Promotions section in your account regularly so you never miss a chance to earn points faster.
The Diamond level is the pinnacle of the bettking VIP Program. Few players reach this tier, and that is precisely what makes it so special. As a Diamond member, you are not just a customer — you are an honoured guest that bettking takes care of wholeheartedly.
18% weekly cashback means nearly one-fifth of your net losses are returned every week with no conditions. This is one of the highest cashback rates offered by any platform in the Malaysia market right now. For players who wager in large amounts, this represents truly significant value.
Your Diamond VIP Manager is available at any time through a dedicated communication channel. They don't just assist with technical issues — they can also personalise your gaming experience, help with custom bonus requests, and ensure every withdrawal you make is processed with the highest priority.
Unlimited withdrawal limits are another privilege that truly sets the Diamond tier apart from all others. You don't need to worry about daily or weekly limits. When you win big, you can withdraw it all in a single request with no restrictions.
